• URLs you test are processed client-side in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers
• We do not require registration, login, or any personal information to use the core tool

• We never sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties for marketing purposes

Responsive Test Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to keep the tool reliable and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service simulates viewport sizes for testing purposes. Results may not perfectly reflect how a website renders on actual physical devices due to differences in browsers, operating systems, hardware rendering, and device-specific behaviour.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Responsive Test Tool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from use of the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in viewport simulations or rendered content
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service
• Any actions or content of third-party websites rendered through the tool
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data by third parties

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim — and since the Service is free, this limit is zero.
